What actually happens during a POO OPS RGV visit
Three texts, a full yard sweep, waste hauled off your property and a locked gate. Here's the play-by-play so you always know what to expect.
The morning of your service you'll get a text with your timeframe. When the scooper heads to your house, you'll get a second text so you're never guessing.
Once on site, the technician walks the full yard in a grid pattern - along fence lines, around AC units, under trees and patio furniture. Everything collected leaves with us; nothing goes in your trash can.
Before leaving, we double-check that the gate is latched and secure, then send a third text confirming the service is complete. You never need to be home.
